Mobile Crisis Outreach Services

Mobile Crisis Outreach Services is a component of Spokane Mental Health's Crisis Response Services that are provided 24-hours a day, 7-days a week by Masters' level staff who are skilled in crisis intervention/resolution. The primary function of mobile outreach services is to assist people who are in emotional crisis by completing a holistic assessment and implementing appropriate stabilization plans. Staff assess an individual's level of functioning and risk in order to work with him/her to create viable stabilization plans. Stabilization plans may include links to community resources for outpatient services, assessing stabilization services for 1-14 days of monitored care, or inpatient psychiatric care as needed.
