Spokane Mental Health
(SMH) maintains a process to provide an avenue that allows for a consumer, consumer advocate, visitor, legal guardian or other individual to submit a complaint, comment, suggestion, compliment or pursue a grievance. SMH is commmitted to maintain a formal process that allows for consumer voice to drive improvements to the delivery of care system. SMH strives to make available to the consumer, consumer advocate, visitor, legal guardian, or other individual, a clear and direct avenue that is uniform and consistent with the intent of the organization's goals and objectives. SMH adheres to all governing mandates that are applicable to confidentiality, the right to file a complaint and/or grievance, the assurance that consumer involvement is maintained throughout the process found here within and assurance that no retaliation against the individual filing a complaint, grievance, comment, suggestion, or compliment occurs.
The SMH Comment form is available for consumers, family members and advocates to use to submit a written comment, complaint, grievance or compliment. |
